The Otters accommodation is included in the weekend venue hire fee situated just across the pond from the wedding venue.

The self catered and fully equipped Otters sleeps 16 people in 8 en-suite bedrooms and large open plan lounge and dinning area. It also has a relaxing hot tub with views over the wedding site, grazing deer and the wider  Devon hills. Underfloor central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi (intermittent) are included.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio area and garden furniture. 40-acre grounds (shared with other properties on-site). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 8 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking in the property.

4 King-size bedrooms, 4 Twin bedrooms all en-suite with showers. 2 ground floor wet rooms with baths. 

All of this is included from 3.30pm Friday until Sunday 4pm.
